LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REGISTERED HOMEOWNER & Body Corporate/Home Owners Association

I, the Applicant declare that:

I hereby take responsibility for the access controls (remote, tag or biometric) provided to me, including those for my residents; non-residents; employees & service providers.

The information provided in this application form is to the best of my knowledge true and current. I confirm that I will abide by the Security Protocol. I acknowledge that the Security Protocol may be altered from time to time by the Trustees to cater for new security threats or to address new access control challenges that may arise.

I acknowledge that I will be responsible for the behaviour and conduct of my employee/s and that he/she is to remain within the vicinity of my home whilst in the complex/estate.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility as a Resident to advise the BC/HOA should my Domestic/Gardener leave my employ.

I acknowledge and understand that if a Domestic and/or Gardener is no longer in my employ that the BC/HOA is to be notified immediately.

I acknowledge that, for security reasons, the access control granted for Tenants and/or Contractors is for a finite amount of time only, and that I will need to reapply for access upon expiry.

I agree to notify the BC/HOA should the controls be lost, stolen or no longer under my control.
