LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REGISTERED HOMEOWNER & WHOA

I, the Registered Homeowner declare that:

I hereby take responsibility for the access controls (tag or boimetric) provided to me, including those for my residents; non-residents; employees & service providers.
The information provided in this application form is to the best of my knowledge true and current. I confirm that I will abide by the WHOA Security Protocol. I acknowledge that the WHOA Security Protocol may be altered from time to time by the Trustees of the WHOA to cater for new security threats or to address new access control challenges that may arise.
I acknowledge that I will be responsible for the behaviour and conduct of my above named employee/s and that he/she is to remain within the vicinity of my home whilst in the Westwood Village.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility as a Resident of the WHOA to advise Management should my domestic/gardener leave my employ.
I acknowledge and understand that if a Domestic and/or Gardener is no longer in my employ that the Manager’s Office is to be notified immediately.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the WHOA Conduct Rules and Constitution and agree to abide by these rules.
I acknowledge that, for security reasons, the access control granted is for a finite amount of time only, and that I will need to reapply for access upon expiry.
I agree to notify the WHOA Manager, WHOA Security Guards or the WHOA Trustees should the controls be lost, stolen or no longer under my control.
I agree to display the WHOA vehicle identification sticker on the vehicles that have been granted access to the premises.
